Purchase data. When you buy Levunt, our payment provider collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details in order to process the transaction and issue a receipt. We receive the order confirmation, your email address and the billing country — never your full card number.

Account and licence data. If you create an account, we store your email address and licence status so you can access your download and manage your subscription.

Signing in with Google. Accounts on this site are created only through Sign in with Google. When you sign in, Google returns basic profile information — your Google account email address, your name and your profile picture URL — together with the identifier that links the account. We store those fields, plus your personal invite code, in our account record. We use them solely to create and recognise your account, to show who is signed in on the partner page, and to contact you about your account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service data, and we never use this information for advertising. Authentication is handled for us by our backend provider (Supabase, via Lovable Cloud); Google's own handling of your sign-in is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Deleting your account. Email julianwyss05@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account record, including the profile information received from Google. You can also remove Levunt's access at any time in your Google account's third-party connections settings. Purchase and invoice records must be kept for the period tax law requires.

Support messages. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.

To provide the software and your licence (performance of a contract), to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), and to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiling.

Only with the recipients needed to run the business:

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; our hosting and backend provider; our email provider; our professional advisers (legal and accounting); and authorities where required by law. Each processes data on our instructions. Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically up to ten years). Account and support data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request afterwards.

This site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete a checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Write to julianwyss05@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

Levunt runs on your own computer and displays publicly available market information. It does not connect to your broker, does not read your trading account and does not collect your trading activity.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
