2. What we collect
Purchase data. When you buy Levunt, our payment provider collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details in order to process the transaction and issue a receipt. We receive the order confirmation, your email address and the billing country — never your full card number.
Account and licence data. If you create an account, we store your email address and licence status so you can access your download and manage your subscription.
Support messages. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.
3. Why we use it
To provide the software and your licence (performance of a contract), to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), and to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the recipients needed to run the business:
Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; our hosting and backend provider; our email provider; our professional advisers (legal and accounting); and authorities where required by law. Each processes data on our instructions. Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically up to ten years). Account and support data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request afterwards.
6. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete a checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Write to julianwyss05@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
8. The desktop application
Levunt runs on your own computer and displays publicly available market information. It does not connect to your broker, does not read your trading account and does not collect your trading activity.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
