1. Who you are contracting with
Levunt is provided by Julian Wyss, Unterägeri 6314, Switzerland ("we", "us"). You can reach us at julianwyss05@gmail.com.
By installing, purchasing or using Levunt you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the software.
2. What Levunt is
Levunt is a Windows desktop application that displays Nasdaq-related news headlines, publicly filed insider disclosures and headline sentiment cues alongside your own charting software.
Levunt is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or trading platform. It does not place, route or execute orders, and it does not hold funds or securities.
3. Licence
On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Levunt for your own use.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, publish, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the software, or remove any notices from it, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
A one-time desktop licence covers the version of the software available at the time of purchase and any updates we choose to make available. It is not a promise of perpetual data access.
4. Pricing and payment
Levunt is offered at $450 USD (one-time desktop license) or $120 USD per month. Prices are shown before you confirm your purchase. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. To cancel, contact Paddle at paddle.net or email julianwyss05@gmail.com.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on both the one-time licence and the first payment of a monthly subscription. Refunds are handled by Paddle — request one at paddle.net or by emailing us. The full policy is set out on our Refund Policy page.
6. Intellectual property
Levunt, including its software, source code, user interface, documentation, name and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of Julian Wyss and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved.
Your licence grants a right to use the software only; it transfers no ownership or intellectual property rights. You may not use our name, logo or branding without our prior written permission.
7. Information accuracy
Content shown in Levunt comes from third-party sources. The scheduler checks for updates every second, but individual sources refresh less frequently and can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
Insider filings shown in the application are public, already-filed disclosures and are therefore delayed. Green, red and neutral labels indicate possible headline sentiment only; they do not predict or guarantee price direction.
8. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and for complying with the rules of your broker, exchange and jurisdiction. You must have a supported Windows system and your own charting or data subscriptions where required.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Levunt working reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, sources and interfaces may change, and third-party sources may become unavailable.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Levunt. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms, including by copying or redistributing the software. You may stop using Levunt at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after it is posted. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated by email where we hold your address.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
